If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return or exchange according to this return and exchange policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Return and Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please ensure the product meets the following conditions:

The product is in new, unused condition.

The packaging is intact, including the original packaging, instruction manual, accessories, and gifts.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Apply for a Return and Exchange

Contact our customer service team and submit your request via email.

Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.

We will review and respond to your request within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns not due to quality issues: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For returns due to quality issues or incorrect items sent: Shipping costs are borne by us.

For international orders, return shipping costs may include international logistics fees, which will be negotiated between both parties depending on the circumstances.

4. Refund Process
After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

During the refund process, there may be additional delays due to bank processing time; please be patient.

5. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item in your return request.

Exchangeable items are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, a refund or other solution will be provided.

6. Handling Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please check the outer packaging and the goods for damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, please take photos on the spot and refuse to accept the goods.

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact customer service within 48 hours. We will arrange a return, exchange, or refund for you as soon as possible.
